Pro: Matt is very responsive. Shipping is extremely fast. Con: The necklace is very lightweight - absolutely no weight to it. Fragile. I hesitated writing a review, but Matt reached out and asked for a review. I mentioned my concern prior to writing this review and his response is “18kt is more expensive”. He then added “sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations”. I had not responded other than what was asked by him - to receive defensive and unsolicited comments is rather unprofessional, especially when you ask for a review. Overpriced. Low quality.
